Working as part of the Fire Alarms office team, you will be responsible for prioritising the duties of our engineers on a day to day basis in addition to assisting with the sales administration for our online store and invoicing. The Administrator will play a key role in ensuring effective coordination and communication between offsite engineers and clients, planning and organising their work activities.
You will have experience of office administration and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload and be able to communicate effectively with staff and clients. You will also have skills in a range of IT applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases, and will be a competent user of email and the World Wide Web. Knowledge of Job Logic Systems and internet sales administration would be an advantage, although training can be given.
